The Head and Body category in the MetaHuman Creator editor provides tools for sculpting a character's head shape, blending features, and configuring body proportions.
The tools are available for Metahuman characters without a rig. You can use the Remove Rig button in the editor toolbar for characters with a rig.

Workflow Tips
You can combine the use of the Head and Body editing tools to achieve the desired likeness.
For example, you may start by blending between three presets to approximate the body shape, then continue making further adjustments with the Body Params tool.
Or you import a head mesh with the From Custom Mesh tool and then use the Blend tool to customize the body shape.
Tools
The following tools are available in the Head and Body category.
Blend
Use the Blend tool to combine three presets, in local regions or globally for head and body, to create a new character.
Body Params
Use the Body Params tool to change body proportions based on semantic and measurement-based inputs, or apply one of the fixed (compatibility) bodies.
Head Transform
Use the Head Transform tool to make broad adjustments to the position of your character’s facial features.
Head Sculpt
Use the Head Sculpt tool to make fine adjustments to your character’s facial features.

Use the tool to customize your character’s teeth and eyelashes
