To confirm your developer status and access the Unreal Engine Playstation documentation, follow the steps below:

Sign into your account on the Playstation Partners Portal

Go to the PlayStation 4 DevNet

Go to Development > Tools & Middleware > Tools & Middleware directory > Unreal Engine 4 and Click the Confirm Status button.
After your developer status has been confirmed, you can access the Unreal Engine Playstation documentation.
If you require console access to Epic Online Services (EOS) you must complete the EOS Console Access Request form
