To confirm your developer status and access the Unreal Engine Playstation documentation, follow the steps below:

Sign into your account on the Playstation Partners Portal.

Go to the PlayStation 5 DevNet and request a confirmation be sent to Epic Games for access to UE4 for PS5.
After your developer status has been confirmed, you can access the Unreal Engine Playstation documentation.
If you require console access to Epic Online Services (EOS) you must complete the EOS Console Access Request form
