Description
Called within PopAudio and MaxNumberOfSamplesThatCanBePopped. Removes PendingTapsToDelete from CurrentPatches and ConnectNewPatches. During this function, RemoveTap and AddNewPatch are blocked. Callers of this function must have CurrentPatchesCriticalSection locked.
