UNavigationSystemV1::DoesAnyNavDataSupportRuntimeGeneration

Returns true if any registered navigation data supports runtime generation.

Description

Returns true if any registered navigation data supports runtime generation. Unlike GetRuntimeGenerationType which returns the raw config enum, this also accounts for nav data that was spawned at runtime and needs rebuilding.
