FAssetReadLogger::AppendCSVMetadataStats

Computes aggregate stats from the in-memory tracked asset reads and pushes them to CsvProfiler SetMetadata under `assetreads_*_.

Computes aggregate stats from the in-memory tracked asset reads and pushes them to CsvProfiler SetMetadata under `assetreads_*_. Called automatically at the end of Shutdown() and SweepAndFlushToFile()
