Policy type for TSet<FAssetData&#42;> to use [FCachedAssetKey](API\Runtime\AssetRegistry\FCachedAssetKey) for hashing/equality.

Policy type for TSet to use FCachedAssetKey for hashing/equality. This allows us to store just FAssetData* in the map without storing an extra copy of the key fields to save memory.
