Priority falls off linearly with distance from the object position to the view position.
The equation is: OuterPriority + (OuterPriority - InnerPriority)*(Clamp(Distance(ObjPos, ViewPos), InnerRadius, OuterRadius)/(OuterRadius - InnerRadius))
