Remarks
GetLODLevel Returns the given LODLevel. Intended for game-time usage. Assumes that the given LODLevel will be in the [0..# LOD levels] range. NULL if the requested LODLevel is not valid. The pointer to the requested UParticleLODLevel if valid.
