Parameters
| Name | Description |

| Time | The time to evaluate |
| Value | An array of (1 or 3) FLOATs to receive the values |
| NumCoords | The number of floats in the Value array |
| Extreme | For distributions that use one of the extremes, this is which extreme to use |
