When set to true will result in MassVisualizationComponent manually perform Instance ID-related operations instead of relying on ISMComponent's internal ID operations.
this mechanism has been added in preparation of changes to ISM component to change access to its internal instance ID logic. WIP as of Jun 17th 2023
