Remarks
Simplest version of LOD Calculation based strictly on Distance parameters Compared to FMassVisualizationLODParameters, we:
- Only include a single set of LOD Distances (radial distance from viewer)
- we do not care about distance to Frustum
- we do not care about Max Count
