Remarks
Finds the FMassReplicationEntityInfo for the Entity with NetworkID. NetworkID must be valid and nullptr is returned if we can't find it. Note FMassReplicationEntityInfo::IsSet() may be false, in which case this Entity has been removed from the client simulation (but we are still storing the ReplicationID between Removes and Adds!
