The media in the Media dock can be renamed, deleted, and duplicated using the Media menu.
When you’re in the Media dock, if you change the visibility status of objects in the Scene graph, or if you change the camera position in the scene, you can update previously created media by refreshing the thumbnail of the media.
You can also re-organize the order of the thumbnails in the Media dock, and change the format of images, panoramas, and videos.
The Media Menu
The images, panoramas, and videos inside the Media dock each have their own Media menu. In the Media menu, you can rename, delete, and duplicate media.

Opening the Media menu
Hover over the thumbnail of an image, panorama, or video.
Click the ellipsis (...) that appears above the thumbnail image.
Renaming Media
In the Media menu of the image, panorama, or video that you want to rename, select Rename.
Type the new name for the image, panorama, or video.
Deleting Media
In the Media menu of the image, panorama, or video that you want to delete, select Delete.
Duplicating Media
In the Media menu of the image, panorama, or video that you want to duplicate, select Duplicate.
A duplicate of the media with an identical name is created.
Updating Media
The images, panoramas, and videos that you create in Twinmotion are represented as thumbnail images in the Media dock.

If you have created media, and you then make changes to the visibility status of objects in the Scene graph or change the camera position in the scene, you can update the images, panoramas, and keyframes in a video to reflect the changes you’ve made in the scene by refreshing the thumbnail.
To refresh a thumbnail:
Hover over the thumbnail of an image, panorama, or keyframe in a video.
Click the Refresh icon that appears above the thumbnail image.

If you create an image, panorama, or video, and then make changes to the visibility status of objects or change the camera position in the scene, you can revert the changes in the scene by clicking on the thumbnail of the image, panorama, or video keyframe.
Organizing Media in the Media Dock
To reorganize the order in which the thumbnail images appear in the Media dock, drag and drop them to the position of your choice.
Changing the Format of Media
In presentations, to view images and videos using a custom format, enable Safe Frame in the settings of the presentation.

In the Media dock, hover over the thumbnail of the image.
Under the image, click More.
Click Format.
Select the preset 2K or 4K setting, or click More to create a custom format.
Changing the Format of Panoramas
In the Export dock, under Panorama, click More.
Click 360 Resol. and select the preset 2K, 4K, 6K, or 8K setting.
The format that you select is applied to all exported panoramas.
Changing the Format of Videos
In the Media dock, hover over the thumbnail of the video.
Under the video, click More.
Click Output size and select the preset 2K or 4K setting, or click More to create a custom format.
