The Remote Session Plugin is meant to replicate the inputs from a mobile device, connected on the same network as your workstation, so you can test your game or app from the editor, or from a locally running packaged version of the game or app. The Unreal Engine Remote app works with the Remote Session Plugin to help you test your game or app.
