Adds a node that create a 'Soundscape Color Spawn Settings' from its members

| real | Min First Spawn Delay | Sets the minimum time delay before the first spawn |
| real | Max First Spawn Delay | Sets the maximum time delay before the first spawn |
| boolean | Continuously Respawn | When true, color will continue to attempt to spawn sounds at an update frequency between the MinSpawnDelay and MaxSpawnDelay times. When false, it will only spawn once. |
| real | Min Spawn Delay | Sets the minimum time between respawns |
| real | Max Spawn Delay | Sets the maximum time between respawns |
| integer | Max Number Of Spawned Elements | Max number of concurrent Elements of this type playing back at once, will not Spawn New ones until current ones are Finished Playing |
