Adds a node that create a 'Display Cluster Configuration ICVFX Lightcard Settings' from its members

| enum | Blending Mode | Specify how to render Light Cards in relation to the inner frustum. |
| struct | Light Cards Content | Content specified here will be treated as a Light Card and adhere to the Blending Mode setting |
| struct | Render Settings | Configure global render settings for this viewport |
| struct | Lightcard OCIO | OpenColorIO configuration for the lightcards. |
