Removes a delegate instance from this multi-cast delegate's invocation list (performance is O(N)).

Remarks

Removes a delegate instance from this multi-cast delegate's invocation list (performance is O(N)).

Note that the order of the delegate instances may not be preserved! true if the delegate was successfully removed.
