UMediaCapture::ShouldAutoRecordCaptureStartedEvent

Gets whether the media capture should automatically record a capture started event after InitializeCapture is called.

Description

Gets whether the media capture should automatically record a capture started event after InitializeCapture is called. Media captures that operate asynchronously should set this to false and call RecordCaptureStartedEvent manually when appropriate.
