The Account Analytics page quickly assesses the performance of all your islands.
From the main Creator Portal dashboard, select Analytics in the navigation menu to open the account-level analytics page.
The Account Analytics page aggregates metrics across multiple islands in your portfolio so you can identify trends, spot performance issues, and compare islands without opening each project individually. The page is especially useful for developers and collaborators who manage multiple islands, but it is available to all accounts.
The page is available to team members with an Owner, Administrator, or Publisher role. Collaborators and Playtesters will not have access. Up to ten islands can be selected at a time using the filter at the top of the page. To help you find top islands more easily, you can search for individual islands or sort your islands by last published or current concurrent users (CCU).
Active Players
The Active Players widget shows how many unique players played your islands.
This widget has two separate views
Daily actives: the unique number of players that played your island each day.
A player can be counted multiple times across islands, once for each of your islands they played that day.
CCU: A real-time view of concurrent users (CCU) across your islands. Data updates at 1-minute intervals for the past 8 hours. Each CCU figure is the highest concurrent user count during the 1-minute interval.
Key Metrics
The Key Metrics table shows important metrics across your islands in a single sortable table.
Use this table to compare performance across your portfolio and identify which islands need attention. This table can be sorted, and you can select any island to navigate directly to that project’s analytics page.
The table includes a period-over-period change indicator that compares the selected time frame against the equivalent prior period. For example, if you select a 7-day window, the indicator compares the current 7 days against the 7 days immediately before that.

Trends
The Trend chart is an interactive time-series chart that lets you track how key metrics change over time across your portfolio.
You can view data aggregated across all your islands and break down your metrics by various available segments.

Lifetime Metrics
The Lifetime Engagement widget shows total all-time volume stats for your islands.
Unlike the other sections on this page, Lifetime Engagement metrics are not tied to a time window. They reflect the complete history of each island since March 2023, giving you a view of the full scale and reach your portfolio has built over time.
