Bases:
EnumBaseExternally-Timed subtitles must be manually added and removed with USubtitlesSubsystem::QueueSubtitle and ::StopSubtitle. For the initial delay before becoming visible, use USubtitleAssetUserData::StartOffset instead of this enum.
