FInterpolatedLPF::StopFrequencyInterpolation

StopFrequencyInterpolation() needs to be called manually when the interpolation should be done.

Description

StopFrequencyInterpolation() needs to be called manually when the interpolation should be done. Snaps the coefficient to the target value. Setting the lerp delta to 0.0f avoids introducing a branch in ProcessAudioFrame()
