TCircularAudioBuffer::PeekInPlace

Same [Peek()](API\Runtime\SignalProcessing\DSP\TCircularAudioBuffer\Peek\2), but provides a (possibly) disjointed view of the memory in-place Push calls while the returned view is being accessed is undefined behavior
