FRawBufferShaderResourceViewInitializer can be used to explicitly create a raw view for any buffer, even if it was not created with EBufferUsageFlags::ByteAddressBuffer flag. Can only be used if GRHIGlobals.SupportsRawViewsForAnyBuffer is set.
