ReadSurfaceFloatData reads texture data into [FLinearColor](API\Runtime\Core\Math\FLinearColor) pixels in other formats are converted to [FLinearColor](API\Runtime\Core\Math\FLinearColor) reading from float surfaces remaps the values into an interpolation of their {min,max} ; use RCM_MinMax to prevent that
