ANavigationTestingActor::GetNavAgentPropertiesRef

Retrieves [FNavAgentProperties](API\Runtime\Engine\AI\Navigation\FNavAgentProperties) expressing navigation props and caps of represented agent the function will be renamed to GetNavAgentProperties in 4.8.
