FNetBlob::GetReplicationStateDescriptor

Returns the [FReplicationStateDescriptor](API\Runtime\IrisCore\FReplicationStateDescriptor) if there is one.

Description

Returns the FReplicationStateDescriptor if there is one. It's recommended to use a descriptor instead of overriding the serialization methods.
