[PostActiveToolShutdownRequest()](API\Runtime\InteractiveToolsFramework\UInteractiveToolManager\PostActiveToolSh-) will broadcast this delegate with a Message if bShowUnexpectedShutdownMessage=true.

Remarks

PostActiveToolShutdownRequest() will broadcast this delegate with a Message if bShowUnexpectedShutdownMessage=true. If the shutdown was during Tool Setup/startup, bWasDuringToolSetup will be passed as true
