Remarks
Get the external texture with the specified identifier. true on success, false if the identifier was not found.
Parameters

| InGuid | The texture's unique identifier. |
| OutTextureRHI | Will contain the external texture. |
| OutSamplerStateRHI | Will contain the texture's sampler state. |
