NOTE: is not used on the whole class because then FCategoryInfo is exported which appears to force the generation of copy constructors for [FPersistentStorageCategory](API\Runtime\Core\HAL\FPersistentStorageCategory) which causes a compile error because std::atomic can't be copied.
