Flushes the Pending Actions from the Queue while also updating the state of the Navigation Tool.

Description

Flushes the Pending Actions from the Queue while also updating the state of the Navigation Tool. Calling it directly is forcing it to happen. If a refresh is needed it will be called on the next tick automatically.
