Determines whether the Column should be Showing by Default while still be able to toggle it on/off.

Description

Determines whether the Column should be Showing by Default while still be able to toggle it on/off. Used when calling SHeaderRow::SetShowGeneratedColumn (requires ShouldGenerateWidget to not be set).
