Maximum allowed difference between the subspace and non-subspace's ping values in milliseconds.

Remarks

Maximum allowed difference between the subspace and non-subspace's ping values in milliseconds. If greater than this value, the non-subspace is too slow, so fails to qualify. Set to zero or less to disable checks against this field.
