Sequencer weighted average addition blend task
This happens to be identical to FAnimNextBlendAddKeyframeWithScaleTask except the operatnds are reversed, so the resulting stack state is:
Top = (Top-1) + (Top * ScaleFactor)
Note that rotations will not be normalized after this task.
