Description
Create a new material object based on the data in CreateMaterialParams. This is a convenience function that will try to locate a UModelingObjectsCreationAPI instance in the ToolManager's ContextObjectStore, and then call UModelingObjectsCreationAPI::CreateMaterialObject()
