Description
Go to a given frame in the test data. Internally this will also call OnTimeSliderScrubPositionChanged, to go to the specific frame.

Parameters

| FrameNumber | The test frame to go to. This will automatically be clamped to a valid range in case it goes out of bounds. |
| bIsScrubbing | This is set to true when we are scrubbing the timeline. It is set to false when the mouse button is released. |
