Remarks
Handle to GE that granted us (usually invalid). FActiveGameplayEffectHandles are not synced across the network and this is valid only on Authority. If you need FGameplayAbilitySpec -> FActiveGameplayEffectHandle, then use AbilitySystemComponent::FindActiveGameplayEffectHandle.
