Remarks
Initialize UV topology to be one UV per vertex. UVs are initialized to (0,0)
Parameters
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| VertexToUVOut | returned new overlay UV ID for each mesh Vertex ID (array size is mesh MaxVertexID) |
| bIsIdentityMapOut | returned as true if UV ID == Vertex ID for every vertex (even if there are gaps) |
