Flushes the Pending Actions from the Queue while also updating the state of the Outliner.

Remarks

Flushes the Pending Actions from the Queue while also updating the state of the Outliner. Calling it directly is forcing it to happen. If a refresh is needed it will be called on the next tick automatically.
