Bake the SkelMesh to a generic object wich implements a set of callbacks Whether or not it succeeds
Parameters

| MovieSceneSequence | The movie scene sequence that's current |
| RootMovieSceneSequence | The root movie scene sequence |
| Player | The Player to evaluate |
| SkelMesh | The Player to evaluate |
| Template | ID of the sequence template. |
| RootToLocalTransform | Transform Offset to apply to exported anim sequence. |
| ExportOptions | The options to use when baking the mesh. |
| InitCallback | Callback before it starts running, maybe performance heavy. |
| StartCallback | Callback right before starting if needed, should be lightweight. |
| TickCallback | Callback per tick where you can bake the skelmesh. |
| EndCallback | Callback at end to finalize the baking. |
