FDownloadFile::FDownloadFile

This version of [FDownloadFile](API\Developer\SourceControl\FDownloadFile) will download the files and keep them in memory, which can then be accessed by calling [GetFileData](API\Developer\SourceControl\FDownloadFile\GetFileData).
