We designed the tools in the Populate panel to help you quickly and easily bring life, motion, and realism to your Twinmotion scenes. You can populate paths and areas with the assets from the Twinmotion Library or your own assets, add animated paths that contain moving characters, bicycles, vehicles, or custom assets, and download accurate, up-to-date map data that adds real-life context to architectural scenes.
The Populate panel is divided into the following sections:
With the tools in the Place tab, you can paint assets in your scenes, scatter assets on selected geometry, and draw editable splines to create the paths and areas you want to populate.
With the tools in the Paths tab, you can add movement to your scenes by creating animated paths that contain characters, bicycles, vehicles, or any asset type.
In the Urban tab, you can download OpenStreetMap data and provide accurate, up-to-date context for the 3D models in your scenes.
