Changes name of agreement from Epic Games Online Services End User License Agreement to Epic Online Services Developer Agreement.
Removes concept of “Experimental Services” and adds concept of “Preview Services.”
Attaches Service Addendum for Standard Services to the Epic Online Services Developer Agreement and enables additional Service Addenda to be accepted and incorporated.
Adds license grant for internal evaluation purposes.
Adds requirements for developers to create an account and protect credentials in order to use the services.
Adds distinction between data owned by Epic and data owned by developers.
Adds trademark license grant to Epic for marks submitted by Developer to Epic for use in connection with the services.

Adds developer representations and warranties relating to (1) authority to enter into the agreement, (2) console/platform licensing, and (3) truthfulness of information submitted to Epic.
Removes developer indemnity obligations for negligence and for claims related solely to unmodified materials provided by Epic.
Adds Epic termination rights for breaches of warranties, breaches of Service Addendum terms, or if developer does not use or access the services for one year or longer.
Adds language regarding international data processing.
