Description
Updates a single user-defined soft distance constraint for the current frame. Recomputes the target distance and compliance/damping from the given parameters. Call once per constraint per update when values have changed. bInAccelerationMode true (default) cancels mass from the compliance/damping so natural frequency is mass-independent; false makes it a force-mode spring.
