If you have existing lighting or look development levels in your project, you can load them directly into MetaHuman Creator without creating a new template. This is particularly relevant for levels your team uses for character lineups, post-process previews, or image-based lighting.
To load an existing level as a custom lighting scenario, follow these steps:
Open Project Settings.
Navigate to the MetaHuman Character section.
In the Custom Light Presets list, add a new entry and set it to your level.
Open a MetaHuman Character asset, and select the Lighting Scenarios dropdown. Your level appears in the list of available scenarios.
When loading an existing level that does not contain the background sphere or LightMouseRotator actor, these options will be greyed out.
