The Phasing tool can be used to create time-lapse videos and sequences that show each phase of a project over a period of time from start to finish. You can also use phasing to view multiple versions of a scene and compare how different parameters affect the scene. To incorporate a phasing group into a video or sequence, you need to apply the phasing group to the video or sequence.
In the Footer, click Media to open the Media dock.
In the Media dock, click the Video or Sequence icon.
Click the thumbnail of a video or sequence.
A tab named Video or Seq (Sequence) is added to the Ambience panel.
In the Video tab or Seq (Sequence) tab click Details, and in the Phasing group dropdown select the phasing group you want to apply to the video or sequence.
To remove a phasing group from a video or sequence, select None in the Phasing group dropdown.
By default, you can view the phasings applied to videos and sequences inside Presentations. To disable this feature, you must specify it in the export settings for Presentations. For more information, see Export Settings for Presentations.
