entitlement offer

Any purchasable item is an item offer when it's made available to the player.

For in-island transactions,  any purchasable item, whether consumable or durable, is an offer when it's made available to the player. Examples could include an arrow, or a single item of furniture in a game that involves building a house.

An offer is for a single item.

An offer name, description, icon, and price can be defined at either compile time or runtime. 

Think of an offer as an item offered at a specific price. A single item could have multiple offers, especially over time. Developers create and control their own offers.
