Called on a particle that is freshly spawned by the emitter.
Parameters
Name | Description |
---|---|
Owner | The FParticleEmitterInstance that spawned the particle. |
Offset | The modules offset into the data payload of the particle. |
SpawnTime | The time of the spawn. |
