Scoped guard that includes a body of code in the external profiler's captured session, by calling SetActiveProfilerRecording(true)_ in its constructor, and then SetActiveProfilerRecording(false)_ in its destructor.
It can safely be embedded within another [FExternalProfilerIncluder](API\Runtime\Core\FExternalProfilerIncluder)_ or Excluder_. However, FActiveProfilerBase::SetActiveProfilerRecording_ should not be called from within an Includer_ scope, because the Includer_ and Excluder_ mechanisms cannot record changes to the active profiler state once they're in scopeyou should choose to use one mechanism or the other, but not both.
