Update an existing translation in the given archive. Returns true if it was updated successfully, false otherwise.

InCulture | Culture to update the translation for. |
InNamespace | Namespace of the text. |
InKey | Key of the text. |
InKeyMetadataObj | Meta-data associated with the source text key. |
InSource | Source text to key against. |
